The chat hasn't started yet. I assume you will be able to watch even if you're not in line to ask a question.

It was painful. Although, watching Haley interact with her young fans was remarkable. She has such a genuineness about her, combined with the ability to seem like an old friend from the get go. When in doubt...smile Haley...that is her signature move!
