Cake decorating project - Haleylvr4evr - 07-31-2012

During the summer I've been taking a class for Cake Decorating and today our final cake projects were due! Here's what mine looks like:

Buttercream frosting (white and blue) with purple Royal icing and chocolate roses on fake styrofoam cakes

75%! I was hoping for at least 80% (B) but it's ok for my first time.

Ya its fun! I actually had a job interview for cake decorating but I'm glad I didnt get the job b/c I wouldnt have been ready for it without the school experience. Maybe I'll get the next one that comes along!

H4, that design is talking to me... It's saying, "Go ahead and eat me, I know you want to". So it's a good thing that I don't know any 5th dimension Tron-like cybersnatch moves; because if I did, the only thing you'd be showing people in your post is an empty spot on that counter.
