Throwing out a possibility for the deletion....

Maybe Dina and her people have asked for the women's evidence? In her statement, is the second time an injured man was mentioned, no where else except for the poster's comment and Dina's statement has there been mention of this.

So maybe Haley's people asked her to delete the comment and provide the photos? I don't see a reason to offer them if you didn't have them if someone calls you on it.

If she deemed to include the injury in her official statement, I would guess as an experienced lawyer, she would look into whether there was a hospital report.

Very telling that none of the early reports made mention of Haley's friend, or the guy who stuck up for her, was injured. If there were Police there to arrest Haley, surely there would've been a report on the injured man too?

Either way, Dina does not take guff and is a fighter. Haley's in good hands IMO

OMG SO SCARY! I hope she is and will be ok.....Seems like it was the bar/bouncers fault. I just feel so bad for her, the family, and her friends that were attacked. I showed it to my mom and she can't believe it either. She thought I made a fake mugshot/article on an app or something.
Says she will be exonerated/released from the charges so that feels a little better. And I know that her lawyer will take great care of her.
Hopefully this won't negatively affect her career or album sales

This is not great, but in the grand scheme of things, it's very minor....That she has a beyond competent lawyer on her side is as good as we can hope for given how little we know.
