^ Thanks John...I couldn't help but notice that Ryan looked taller than both Tyler and Jackson, and we know he is on the shorter side. I always envisioned Tyler being taller.

Here's another 180 for me...before Season 10 of Idol I always liked JLo as she seemed real and likeable in many of her movie roles. Steven Tyler just seemed like a self-absorbed, drug affected rocker.
After Season 10...well, we all know the story...JLo being the "most beautiful woman in the world" and aptly portrayed by Michael Slezak as the evil witch, and Steven Tyler being the real and likeable person we all came to know. Dodgy

Yes, it was nice to see Steve Tyler as more of the regular guy without the various affectations that rockers carry about. After watching a couple of (or part of) J-Lo's music videos I see some of her critiques of others (er, like Haley) as a bit ridiculous. Cool

I googled Tyler's height and the most common estimate seems to be 5'9".
